Toni Milis
Chief Executive Officer
Delfin Lend Lease | Toni Milis was appointed CEO of Delfin Lend Lease in April 2010.
Toni started her career at Lend Lease in 1991. She has worked across a number of the Lend Lease businesses, including MLC, Bovis Lend Lease and Lend Lease Development in senior financial, development and strategy roles.
Toni has extensive experience in residential development and has managed numerous joint venture structures.
She joined Delfin Lend Lease in 2008 as General Manager Delfin Residential, overseeing and growing the built form business across the Delfin portfolio of projects.

George Saoud
Chief Financial Officer
Delfin Lend Lease | George joined Lend Lease in 2001. George has had a variety of finance roles within Lend Lease including Asia Pacific Financial Controller Bovis Lend Lease, Asia Pacific Financial Controller Lend Lease Corporation and Financial Controller Lend Lease Development before appointed to his current role as Chief Financial Officer, Delfin Lend Lease. Prior to Lend Lease, George worked with Arthur Andersen.

Simon Basheer
General Manager
NSW & ACT | Simon joined Delfin Lend Lease in 1989. During this time, Simon has been involved in the marketing and general management of a wide range of projects that include several of Lend Lease's largest projects such as master-planned communities North Lakes and St Mary's, as well as urban regeneration projects such as Victoria Harbour. Simon's background brings a depth of experience in areas such as market/project positioning and implementation of development strategies that ensure the successful trading of the project and ultimately the business unit.

Guy Gibson
General Manager
QLD | Guy Gibson is General Manager - Government Relations for Delfin Lend Lease, which includes responsibility for Delfin's Social, Economic and Education initiatives, along with responsibility for pipeline projects in the planning approval phase. Guy has previously been Regional General Manager for Delfin in Queensland and General Manager – Affordable Housing and Sustainability for Lend Lease Communities. Guy joined Lend Lease in 1996 and prior to that had town planning roles with the Brisbane City Council and the National Capital Development Commission in Canberra.
He is the Immediate Past President of the Property Council of Australia (Queensland), and is also a member of ‘Urban Futures Brisbane’, a Board established by the Brisbane City Council to provide strategic advice to Council on planning and implementing Brisbane’s development future.

Richard Osborne
General Manager
SA & NT | Having joined Delfin in 1992, Richard brings 15 years of broad experience to the Group. Prior to his current role of Regional General Manager - SA/NT, Richard has had a variety of roles within the Group including Shopping Centre Manager, Project and Market Analyst, Sales and Marketing Manager - Golden Grove, Project Manager - Golden Grove, General Manager - Realty, Manager - Commercial Development and Operations Manager.

Michael Chapman
General Manager
Design & Environment | Michael started work for Delfin in 1990 on the Forest Lake community. He is a Landscape Architect and Urban Designer who is currently responsible for design direction and innovation of the companies’ operating and future communities. Given the role design plays in delivering the “environment” of our communities, Michael also oversees the development and delivery of Environmental Sustainability Initiatives within Delfin communities.

Carl Bruhn
General Manager
Delfin Town Centres | Carl joined Delfin in 1993 as a site engineer working on the Forest Lake project on Brisbane’s Southside. In 1994, Carl transferred to Townsville to project manage Delfin’s two North Queensland projects. From here his role expanded to Delfin’s Northern Australian Manager covering Townsville, Cairns and Darwin.
Carl returned to South-East Queensland in 1999 to instigate and lead the highly successful and acclaimed Varsity Lakes project, creating with his team a vibrant, cohesive mixed use community. As Project Director he was responsible for the development of this multi award winning 343 ha fully planned urban community.
Carl now fulfils the national role of General Manager Delfin Town Centres, with his knowledge and experience he will lead our growth in town centre (non residential) developments across our portfolio of projects by providing the necessary support and management to the teams.

Stuart Leo
General Manager - Marketing
| Stuart was appointed to the role in 2010. Stuart commenced working with Lend Lease in 2002 and held various marketing roles in Queensland until 2008. Returning to Lend Lease in 2010 following almost 2 years as a strategic marketing consultant in his own firm, Stuart is responsible for all aspects of the Delfin Lend Lease marketing & communications strategy. Stuart is passionate about seeing the needs of people in Australia met through the creation of vibrant and sustainable communities.

Bruce Robb
General Manager - Delfin Residential | Bruce is responsible for the built form portfolio across the Delfin projects in Australia. Bruce joined Delfin Lend Lease in November 2008 as a Senior Development Manager. Bruce has extensive experience across the residential industry having worked for some of Australia’s largest property developers such as A V Jennings, Dennis Family Corporation and Australand. In addition to the property development experience, Bruce has worked in the industry association sector, for State government preparing building codes and reviewing planning schemes, as an industry consultant and operated his own building company.
Bruce’s background is in architecture, has an open builder’s licence and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Bruce represents Delfin Lend Lease with the Housing Industry Association (HIA) where he is the Chair of the Qld Technical/Legal Services Committee, a member of the Qld Executive Committee and the national Technical Committee. He is also a member of the Master Builders Association.
