Toni Milis
Head of
Delfin Lend Lease | Toni Milis was appointed Head of Delfin Lend Lease in April 2010.
Toni started her career at Lend Lease in 1991. She has worked across a number of the Lend Lease businesses, including MLC, Bovis Lend Lease and Lend Lease Development in senior financial, development and strategy roles.
Toni has extensive experience in residential development and has managed numerous joint venture structures.
She joined Delfin Lend Lease in 2008 as General Manager Delfin Residential, overseeing and growing the built form business across the Delfin portfolio of projects.

| George joined Lend Lease in 2001. George has had a variety of finance roles within Lend Lease including Asia Pacific Financial Controller Bovis Lend Lease, Asia Pacific Financial Controller Lend Lease Corporation and Financial Controller Lend Lease Development before appointed to his current role as Chief Financial Officer, Delfin Lend Lease. Prior to Lend Lease, George worked with Arthur Andersen.

Simon Basheer

| Simon joined Delfin Lend Lease in 1989. During this time, Simon has been involved in the marketing and general management of a wide range of projects that include several of Lend Lease's largest projects such as master-planned communities North Lakes and St Mary's, as well as urban regeneration projects such as Victoria Harbour. Simon's background brings a depth of experience in areas such as market/project positioning and implementation of development strategies that ensure the successful trading of the project and ultimately the business unit.

Guy Gibson

| Guy is the General Manager for Delfin Lend Lease in Queensland, with responsibility for five trading master planned community projects and two others in the planning approval phase. Since joining Lend Lease in 1996, Guy’s roles have included Project Director of North Lakes, General Manager – Affordable Housing and Sustainability and most recently, General Manager - Government Relations which included responsibility for Delfin’s new business pipeline along with social, economic and education initiatives.

Michael Glendinning

| Michael Glendinning is the General Manager WA, overseeing Delfin Lend Lease’s entry and growth in the Western Australian market. Michael has more than thirty years’ experience in the Perth property development industry and a successful track record in managing large scale residential development projects. Michael is an industry leader and delivers significant contributions to the wider industry through groups such as the Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Planning Institute of Australia.

Mark Pivovaroff

| Mark joined Lend Lease in 2009, and was appointed General Manager SA in 2011.
Marks broad experience includes consulting engineering and project management, business management, and property development.
Prior to joining Lend Lease, Mark has worked for some of Australia’s largest developer and consulting businesses, and he brings over 27 years of experience to the role.

Martin Gaedke

| Martin Gaedke joined Delfin in 1999 as a project engineer at Caroline Springs. After working on the planning of the Town Centre at Caroline Springs, Martin became the Project Director for Caroline Springs and held that position until moving to Perth in late 2007 to assume the WA Business Development Manager role. Martin has over 15 years of experience in the development industry and has worked across a number of sectors including consulting, civil construction and land development.

Michael Chapman

| Michael started work for Delfin in 1990 on the Forest Lake community. He is a Landscape Architect and Urban Designer who is currently responsible for design direction and innovation of the companies’ operating and future communities. Given the role design plays in delivering the “environment” of our communities, Michael also oversees the development and delivery of Environmental Sustainability Initiatives within Delfin communities.

Carl Bruhn

| Carl joined Delfin in 1993 as a site engineer at Forest Lake. In 1994, he transferred to Townsville to manage Delfin’s North Queensland projects, later expanding his role to include Darwin as Northern Australian Manager.
Carl returned to South-East Queensland in 1999 to instigate and lead the highly successful and acclaimed Varsity Lakes project.
In his current role as General Manager - Delfin Town Centres, Carl will use his knowledge and experience to lead the growth in town centre developments across our portfolio of projects.

Stuart Leo

| Stuart was appointed to the role in 2010. Stuart commenced working with Lend Lease in 2002 and held various marketing roles in Queensland until 2008. Returning to Lend Lease in 2010 following almost 2 years as a strategic marketing consultant in his own firm, Stuart is responsible for all aspects of the Delfin Lend Lease marketing & communications strategy. Stuart is passionate about seeing the needs of people in Australia met through the creation of vibrant and sustainable communities.

Bruce Robb

| Bruce Robb is General Manager – Delfin Residential responsible for Delfin’s built form projects across Australia. After gaining extensive residential industry experience while working for some of Australia’s largest property developers, Bruce joined Delfin Lend Lease as a Senior Development Manager in November 2008.
With an architectural background, Bruce has an open builder’s licence, is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management as well as Chair of the HIA Qld Technical/Legal Services Committee, a member of the Qld Executive Committee and the National Technical Committee.

Natalie Jones

| Natalie was appointed General Manager – Sales & Delfin Realty in July 2010. After initially joining Delfin in 1999 as a Property Analyst, Natalie transitioned to a regional marketing role before becoming Project Director in 2003. Natalie has over 17 years experience in the property industry and prior to joining Delfin Lend Lease worked across a number of areas including the public sector, valuation, project marketing and investment banking.
