Twin Waters calls for expressions of interest in new luxury waterfront precinct
A new collection of prestige residences each built out over the shore of Twin Waters Lake will be released to the market by Lend Lease in early 2004.

Lend Lease spokesman, Mr Chris Eaton, said the new Water Gallery precinct was created as a direct response to buyer demand for premium waterfront property on the Sunshine Coast.

Located on the eastern shore of the 41-hectare lake, Water Gallery offers 44 apartments, including four Penthouses, and eight houses, all with absolute waterfront.

“Demand for quality waterfront property on the Sunshine Coast is increasing,” Mr Eaton said.

“Water Gallery will be a secure, private community of premium waterfront homes.

“With every residence built to the waters edge, Water Gallery is unique and is certain to attract the attention of purchasers looking for a quality lifestyle.

“It is important that people register their interest early to secure an opportunity to purchase at Water Gallery when the apartments are released for sale early next year.”

Water Gallery will offer the very best in quality homes and central facilities, as well as access to the excellent leisure, recreation and environmental features of Twin Waters and the resort.

Mr Eaton said Twin Waters’ previous waterfront apartment release, ViewPoint, sold half of its first stage in two days.

Water Gallery residences have been designed by award-winning Brisbane architects Planit.

Planit Principal Architect, Mr Mason Cowle, said the designs use internal voids and glass, decks and rooftop terraces to take advantage of the Twin Waters lifestyle.

“Water Gallery apartments have been positioned and designed to allow residents to enjoy the essence of Twin Waters - seeing the water, living and eating outdoors and enjoying the highest quality surroundings,” he said.

The central facilities at Water Gallery include a swimming lagoon and lap pool, barbecue, boat storage and boat launch ramp.

Mr Eaton said Twin Waters Residential Community continued to receive national and international recognition for quality and excellence.
