Twin Waters Precinct - new integrated branding
Following its recent purchase of the Novotel Twin Waters Resort, Lend Lease has launched a new brand for its integrated Twin Waters residential and resort precinct.
Lend Lease Project Director spokesman, Mr Chris Eaton said the creation of the new identity Twin Waters Coastal Community is the first step in integrating the residential and resort community.
“We wanted to unite the current Novotel Twin Waters Resort and Twin Waters residences in a way that would capture both the quality residential along with the lifestyle attributes and amenities of the resort,” Mr Eaton said.
The new identity will be seen throughout the resort and residential precinct.
The resort will remain named Novotel Twin Waters Resort, but will sit comfortably within the newly named “Twin Waters Coastal Community” precinct.
“Whilst it’s a new name, we’ll be retaining and building upon the successful recipe of features that has made Twin Waters one of the country’s most popular places to live and holiday,” Mr Eaton said.
You can register your interest now for the first stage release by the lagoon adjacent to the Novotel Twin Waters Resort.
Waterfront and Golf Course Land Won’t Last
Discerning buyers have been quick to secure prime waterfront and golf course sites at Twin Waters Coastal Community, with only limited sites remaining at The Sound and Fairways Island.
According to Project Director Chris Eaton savvy buyers have responded enthusiastically to the unique attributes of Twin Waters Coastal Community.
“The waterfront allotments at The Sound offer views over the recreational lake and parklands with the patrolled surf beach nearby and ease of access to the boat ramp off Nojoor Road, ”Mr Eaton said.
“Fairways Island offers a rare opportunity to secure island allotments surrounded by the premier Novotel Twin Waters Golf Course. The entire island is surrounded by water and or golf course, creating exclusive island living of prestige and privacy.”
Mr Eaton said that not surprisingly, 95% of the blocks in The Sound Stage 8 sold within 2 days following their release in October 2003.
“Property at Twin Waters has experienced healthy capital growth in the past 12 months,” he said.
According to Mr Eaton, the Twin Waters precinct design is unique, maximising water frontage and natural setting while including a mix of allotments to cater for varying budgets and lifestyles.
“We’re delighted to create a community that combines the best elements of the Sunshine Coast living - quality homesites, sensational views and a sense of harmony with nature.
“Residents enjoy all the benefits of a Twin Waters address, including the 41 hectare recreational lake, kilometres of hike and bike trails, vast landscaped parklands and streetscapes, access to Novotel Twin Waters Golf and Tennis Club membership and of course ease of access to beaches and fishing,” Mr Eaton said.
The land allotments at The Sound and Fairways Island are priced from $415,000 to $520,000 with land sizes averaging 810 square metres.
