Tips to home building success unveiled at show
The high level of inquiries from Sydney residents keen to build their dream home, but confused by the range of options, has prompted Delfin Lend Lease to stage a Home Building Made Easy seminar at this year’s Sydney Home Buyer Show.
The seminar is being held from 1.45pm on Saturday 31 October at the Sydney Home Buyer Show, Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Delfin Lend Lease General Manager, Operations Simon Basheer said the seminar would answer the questions many homebuyers were too embarrassed to ask when building a home.
“For many people, building a home can seem daunting and confusing. Part of this comes from the diverse range of choices and options available – from land selection and building products through to home design,” he said.
“However, there are a number of simple tips which can help people navigate their way through the process so that they can achieve their dream home.
“As part of the seminar, we will be giving tips which can help potential home buyers identify what they really want from their home and the type of lifestyle they want to enjoy. This clarity is crucial so that people can ensure they end up with the right home in the perfect place which suits them.
“By knowing exactly what they want from their home from the start, homebuyers can easily address matters such as the best orientation of the home, the ideal choices of materials and the types of spaces they need to be comfortable living in their new home.”
The Home Building Made Easy seminar will draw on the extensive experience of Delfin Lend Lease, Australia’s largest developer of masterplanned communities.
The seminar is free to all Sydney Home Buyer Show attendees.
Visitors to the Delfin Lend Lease stand at the show (Stand F16) can also register their interest to receive a complimentary Home Coach session valued at $250. The Home Coach session will guide homebuyers through the various steps in building a new home in a new community.
Delfin Lend Lease is Australia’s leading developer of masterplanned communities with 25 projects across the country.
