Ridgeline’s views to capture homebuyers
A new collection of architecturally-designed homes designed specifically for land on the highest point within Delfin Lend Lease’s Nelsons Ridge community has been released.
The Ridgeline Home designs have been specially developed for blocks of land flanking the ridge at Nelsons Ridge, Pemulwuy – which offer district views back towards the Sydney skyline. The homes also neighbour the future Marrong Reserve which will preserve the very top of the ridge as green open space.
Blocks are available in a range of sizes including 5m, 7.5m and 9.5m width lots with homes ranging in size from 149sqm to 282sqm. House and land packages are starting from $545,000.
The Ridgeline Display Home, designed by Delfin and built by Cosmopolitan, has opened at the corner of Daruga Avenue and Tuabilli Street, Pemulwuy. It is open each Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm-1pm.
The homes have been designed to maximise the features and views of the elevated blocks, with large entertaining decks blending seamlessly with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The second storey features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the double garage is located in a basement level.
Nelsons Ridge Project Director Paul Melrose said the Ridgeline Homes enjoyed the highest position within the new community.
