Laurimar homes hit the heights this summer
Laurimar will showcase the best in elevated living when the community launches Victoria’s first Elevated Display Village on Saturday 30 January as part of the Delfin Summer Buzz Festival.
The launch will unveil four homes designed and built especially for elevated land, from leading Melbourne builders, with entertainment and activities on offer for the whole family.
A further six homes will open throughout 2010.
Kids can enjoy free face painting and a jumping castle, with yummy treats on sale throughout the day.
Laurimar project director Sean Pinan said the Elevated Display Village launch would give people from across the city the chance to take advantage of the elevation and picturesque views offered throughout the city’s north-east.
“With such a large proportion of the north-east corridor on elevation, this display village is a huge milestone that will offer home buyers a range of high quality designs by Melbourne’s leading builders,” he said.
“Delfin Lend Lease is working with builders to have fixed price packages on homes with a view, and we look forward to unveiling a further six homes throughout 2010.”
