Woodlands in a Building Frenzy
With more than 100 families already calling Woodlands home, and another 104 homes under construction, Woodlands is truly growing as a community.

Recently, one such family, the Martin’s took the keys to their new 4 bedroom home and celebrated being the 100th residence in Woodlands .

Adel and her husband Tony along with their two children, Luke and Taylor chose Woodlands as their new home because of the stunning views.

“We designed our own home together with Provincial Building Services with four bedrooms plus study, three bathrooms and a beautiful deck overlooking the views.”

“The views were a big selling point for us, but we also found the location a big plus as well as the parks.”

“It changes on a daily basis with more and more homes going up before our eyes, we are excited about being part of this vibrant community.” Mrs Martin said.

Woodlands Project Director Greg Tupicoff said the soaring demand from people wanting to live in Woodlands can be attributed to Delfin providing a greater choice of housing, high quality infrastructure and sought after amenities firmly focused on building better communities.

“People are choosing Woodlands because of the community feel-it’s a great place to raise a family.”
“People are recognising the benefits of living in a community like Woodlands with excellent educational, shopping and transport services close by.”

“More than one family relocates to Woodlands every week because of the parks, open spaces, the wide range of housing choice available and the convenient location. ” Mr Tupicoff said.

Upon completion in 2011, the 137-hectare Woodlands community will be home to more than 3,500 people with more than 30 hectares of open space including a 17-hectare environmental corridor and seven kilometres of cycle and pedestrian paths.

Woodlands is being developed by Delfin Lend Lease, Australia’s largest developer of masterplanned communities, with 16 trading projects nationally.
