Lakeside Pakenham is located in the fast growing South East sector of Melbourne. It is situated on 222 hectares and will be home to 6,500 people. The new Cardinia Cultural Centre, a spectacular community facility being built on the site will incorporate a civic plaza, theatre, function centre, gallery space and lakeside amphitheatre.
At the heart of the project is a 6.5-hectare lake, the largest of its kind in the region. Lakeside Pakenham is a joint venture with the Cardinia Shire Council and is redefining the urban landscape in the area.
