The communities business of Lend Lease established itself in Western Australia in 2010, following its appointment as LandCorp’s partner on the Alkimos project in Perth’s coastal north-western growth corridor. Soon after the team secured the Coolbellup School Sites redevelopment in Coolbellup. Lend Lease is currently short listed a number of major West Australian Government projects.

Through partnering with Government agencies and local land owners we aim to build a portfolio of projects throughout the state.
