Community programs encourage engagement with the communities in which we interact, recognising our accountability for what we take, create and leave behind. Community programs aim to establish meaningful community partnerships, contributing to these organisations based on their needs, and in line with employee skills. Wherever possible, Lend Lease encourages employees to form long-term community partnerships.
Community program examples include Community Day; community grants for individuals and teams who volunteer for a charity; community mentoring and long term community partnership initiatives such as ‘Wheelchairs of Hope’ and the ‘School For Life Infrastructure Project’.
